Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026 · The English version of these terms governs.

1. What OmniUse AI is

OmniUse AI ("OmniUse", "we") is an AI analysis tool and an online marketplace platform operated from the United Kingdom. The analysis tool generates information about items you submit (identification, value estimates, monetization ideas). The marketplace lets users ("sellers") list items for sale and other users ("buyers") purchase them. OmniUse is a platform: unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not the seller of items listed on the marketplace — contracts of sale are formed between the buyer and the seller.

2. AI outputs are estimates

Analyses, valuations, Opportunity Scores, and earnings figures are AI-generated estimates provided for information only. They are not professional valuations, financial advice, or guarantees of resale value or income. Verify prices on your target marketplace before acting on them. Where a figure comes from live marketplace data versus an AI estimate, we label its source.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not use OmniUse to list items you do not own or are not entitled to sell, to list prohibited or illegal items, to mislead buyers about an item's condition, or to abuse, probe, or disrupt the service. Free usage is rate-limited; paid plans are described on the pricing page.

4. Marketplace payments, fees, and escrow

Marketplace payments are processed by Stripe. When a buyer pays, the funds are held by the platform while the seller ships the item. The seller is paid out automatically when the buyer confirms delivery (or after the auto-release window passes without a dispute). OmniUse charges sellers a 10% platform fee on each sale, deducted before payout. Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (including identity verification) before they can receive payments.

5. Shipping, delivery, and disputes

Sellers are responsible for dispatching items promptly and describing them accurately. Buyers should not confirm delivery until they have received and checked the item. If an item does not arrive or is significantly not as described, contact us at hello@jagatab.uk before the escrow releases — see our returns & disputes page for the process.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Note that under UK consumer law, the rights you have as a buyer differ depending on whether the seller is acting as a business or as a private individual; most sellers on OmniUse are private individuals.

7. Subscriptions

Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Dashboard → Manage); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices include VAT handling via Stripe Tax where applicable.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to images you upload, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service (storing, displaying, and processing them for analysis and listings). The OmniUse software, branding, and generated page designs remain ours.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI estimates, from transactions between buyers and sellers, or from service interruptions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions: hello@jagatab.uk.
