Returns & Disputes

How your money is protected

Every marketplace purchase goes through escrow. When you pay, your money is held by the platform — the seller is not paid yet. The seller ships the item; you receive and check it; when you confirm delivery, the seller is paid out. If you never confirm and never raise a problem, the payment auto-releases after the protection window.

Item didn't arrive, or isn't as described?

Do not confirm delivery. Email hello@jagatab.uk with your order ID (shown on your order page) and photos where relevant. While the funds are still in escrow, refunds are straightforward — we can refund your payment in full without the seller's money ever moving.

Changed your mind?

Most sellers on OmniUse are private individuals. UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply to purchases from business sellers, not private ones — so change-of-mind returns on second-hand items from private sellers are at the seller's discretion. Ask before you buy if you're unsure; the listing page links to the seller's profile.

For sellers

Describe honestly (the condition field and seller notes exist for this), ship promptly with tracking where possible, and keep proof of postage. If a buyer raises a dispute, we'll ask both sides for evidence. Items returned to you because a dispute was upheld must be refunded in full.

Subscription refunds

Pro/Business subscriptions come with a 7-day free trial — cancel within the trial and you pay nothing. After a renewal you can cancel anytime for the end of the period; contact us about accidental renewals and we'll take a reasonable view.
