Privacy Policy

Nothing. The OmniUse browser extension does not store, transmit, or analyze any data on its own. It has one job: open omniuse.jagatab.uk/analyze in a new tab with the image URL or text you selected.

• Right-click image / text: the image URL or selected text is passed as a query parameter to the analyze page and never seen by us until you actually start the analysis.
• Toolbar icon click: a small content script reads the page's og:image meta tag (or the largest visible image) to pre-fill the analysis. Nothing else from the page is read.
• No telemetry, no analytics, no user identifiers, no background network calls. The extension is open-source: see extension/ in our repository.

When you actually run an analysis on omniuse.jagatab.uk, we receive:

• The image you upload or the image URL you provided, or the product name you typed.
• Your IP address (visible to our hosting provider, used for rate-limiting free-tier users).
• If you sign in: your Clerk user ID and email address, used solely to save your analyses to your dashboard.
• Aggregate, anonymous “copy button” counts (which marketplace + which field) — no user ID, no IP, no per-event timestamp. Used to learn which features matter.

• Image content is sent to Groq's vision model (Llama 4 Scout) and our text model (Llama 3.3 70B) to identify the product and generate the report. Groq processes requests in their data centres and does not retain inputs.
• Uploaded images are stored in Cloudflare R2 under our account, scoped to your analysis. Deleted analyses also delete the image.
• Anonymous analyses are not saved. Once you close the page, the result is gone. To keep history, sign in.
• We never sell data. We never share data with third parties beyond the AI model providers required to run the analysis.

• Delete an analysis: from your dashboard, click Delete on any row.
• Delete your whole account: email us at hello@jagatab.uk and we'll remove your record and stored images within 7 days.
• Uninstall the extension: nothing to wipe — the extension stores nothing locally.

• Groq — runs the AI models. privacy policy

• Clerk — sign-in and account management. privacy policy

OmniUse AI is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, email hello@jagatab.uk and we'll delete the record.

If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last updated” date and note material changes at the top of this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
